New construction inspections Four inspections, timed to your build.
We inspect new homes only. Each visit lands at a point where what we find can still be corrected easily, and every report is written so you can forward it to your builder as it is.

What every inspection includes.
- A report delivered within 24 hours as a PDF you can forward to your builder and keep, also available through the online client portal
- A photo and a location for every item, so nothing gets lost in translation
- Plain-language notes explaining why each item matters
- A walkthrough call after the report to go over what is significant
- A direct line to the inspector while items are being resolved
- Inspection against the Standards of Practice, manufacturer instructions and your builder's approved plans
- Coordination of site access directly with your builder's construction manager
What we do not inspect.
We work on new construction only. That means we do not perform resale buyer's inspections, wind mitigation reports, or four-point insurance inspections. Narrowing to one kind of work is what lets us know builder plans, local practices and the sequence of a Central Florida build in real detail.
Because even a new home deserves a second set of eyes.
Book before the next stage.
Tell us where your build is and we will tell you which inspection comes next and when it needs to happen.
