Call
The fastest way to get an answer. You reach the inspector, not a call center. If a call goes to voicemail we are usually on a site, and we return calls the same day.
Tell us your builder, your community and roughly where the house stands today. That is enough to start. We will tell you which inspection comes next, how much notice we need, and we will arrange site access with the construction manager from there.
Pick the inspection, choose a time and pay in one place. We confirm by text or email, whichever you prefer, and arrange site access with your construction manager. If your build is not at a stage yet, or you would rather talk first, use the request form further down and we will call you.

Same number. Text works well when a pour date or an insulation date has just moved and you need us to know. Send the community and the lot number and we will pick it up from there.
Best for anything with a document attached, such as a build schedule, a plan set, a builder walkthrough notice or a warranty letter. Replies usually go out the same business day.
Inspections are scheduled around the trade sequence on your lot, which often means early. Early evenings and weekends are available by appointment, and we are reachable outside office hours when a stage is moving.
This is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will come back to you to confirm the stage, the window and the access arrangement before anything is locked in. If a date is already firm, say so in the message and we will treat it as urgent.
Tell us the community and the floor plan and we will send a complete inspection schedule and quote upfront, so you know the total before you book anything. More on how pricing works
After you get in touch
Usually the same day, on whichever channel you used. If you texted, we text back. The first question is always the same one: builder, community, and where the build stands right now.
Based on where the house actually is, we will tell you which inspection comes next and how much notice we need to hold the window. Pre-slab and pre-drywall both move fast once they are called.
We contact your builder's construction manager directly and schedule at a time that fits the trade sequence on your lot. You are not asked to broker that conversation or chase anybody for a date.
Within 24 hours, as a PDF you can forward to your builder without editing anything, with a photo, a location and a plain-language note on every item. Then we call and walk through it with you.
Our service area runs from The Villages down to Lakeland, covering most of the new-construction corridor through the Central Florida region. We work it as three regions.
If your community is not listed, get in touch anyway. New subdivisions open constantly out here and the edges of the map move with them.
Tell us your builder, your community and roughly when the next stage lands, and we will hold the window.
