Home IQ Inspections, LLC Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what personal information Home IQ Inspections, LLC collects when you visit this website, contact us or book an inspection, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the inspection services we provide.

Protecting your privacy.
Home IQ Inspections, LLC (Home IQ Inspections, we, us, or our) is a Florida limited liability company whose inspections are performed by a Florida-licensed home inspector, license HI17732, providing new-construction phase inspections in the Central Florida region. By using this website or our services you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information. Your name, email address, phone number and mailing or billing address, when you send a message, request a booking or become a client.
- Property and build information. The address, community, builder, floor plan and construction stage of the home being inspected, which we need to schedule and perform the inspection.
- Inspection records. The inspection reports, photographs, 360° imagery and notes we produce for you, and any documents you provide, such as plans or a punch list.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number on our systems.
- Technical information. Standard web server logs: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested.
- Communications. The content of emails, calls, text messages and form submissions between you and us.
2. How we use it
- To schedule, perform and deliver inspections and reports.
- To communicate with you about your inquiry, booking, report and follow-up.
- To send occasional emails to people we have inspected for, described below.
- To process payment through our payment processor.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations, including Florida licensing and record-keeping requirements.
About those emails. If we have inspected a home for you, we may write to you now and then: a seasonal maintenance reminder, a note that something new is on the website, or a request for a referral. It is occasional rather than regular, and it is not a newsletter. Your email address is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone, for any purpose, including for their own marketing. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and replying to ask us to stop works just as well. We act on either straight away.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. Your inspection reports, photographs and the details of your home are shared with no one unless you authorize it in writing. That includes your builder, your real estate agent and your lender. A construction manager who asks us for a copy of your report is told to ask you.
Photographs of construction details are the one exception, and it is a narrow one. We may use photographs and 360° imagery taken during inspections in educational and marketing content, including this website. Images that show faces or personal belongings are never used, and the address, lot number and anything else that would identify the home are removed. If you would prefer that no images from your home be used, tell us at any time and we will honor it.
We use a small number of service providers who handle information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide their service to us:
- Hive Inspect, our inspection software, which runs online scheduling, report writing and delivery, the client portal and text message notifications.
- A third-party payment processor, which handles card payments under its own security standards.
- Our website host and email provider.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to the transferred information.
4. Text messages
If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use them for appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, report delivery notices and replies to your questions. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of booking an inspection.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call 407-863-2663.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics services, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The only cookies come from the embedded online scheduler, which is operated by Hive Inspect and its payment processor; those cookies are set and governed by them under their own policies. The site loads its fonts and scripts from its own server, so no other third party receives your IP address when you browse it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Security and retention
We protect information with access controls, secure storage and reputable service providers, and we keep it only as long as needed for the inspection relationship and for legal and licensing requirements. No system is completely secure. If a breach of security affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law, including the Florida Information Protection Act.
